Holiday home Casa Palmeira is situated on Quinta da Encavalada, our second – even smaller – location. It is situated six kilometers away on the edge of the village Senhor das Almas near Oliveira do Hospital. This beautiful secluded authentic Portuguese stately farmhouse on 3.5 hectares has two beautiful granite holiday homes and a communal pool available for breaks throughout the year. Guests are received by the Dutch caretakers couple Sandra Derksen and Jan Willem Lenselink.
Holiday home Casa Palmeira is a very attractively furnished detached spacious house that was restored in 2013 with a lot of care and attention to the original granite walls. From the veranda and the balcony of the villa you have a magnificent view over the terrain and in the distance the mountain ridge Caramulo. This holiday villa has two spacious bedrooms with a total of 5 fixed beds. Group accomodation
Quinta da Encavalada is also an ideal location for celebrating a holiday with two families with each still an own home, or if you are looking for a group accommodation for a group of 8-12 people. In this case when you also book Casa Agave, you will have the whole quinta and the pool for yourself celebrating your holidays without being disturbed by other guests. For communal meals the shared patio is an ideal place.
