Casa Oliveirinha
The base rate is € 745 per week with four persons staying. If there are more than four persons (max 6) there is an additional charge of € 50 per week for each extra guest.

 Casa Covas
The base rate is € 545 per week with two persons staying. If there are more than two persons (max 4) there is an additional charge of € 50 per week for each extra guest.

 Casa Retiro
The base rate is € 545 per week with two persons staying. If there are more than two persons (max 4) there is an additional charge of € 50 per week for each extra guest.

Casa Mimosa
The base rate is € 445 per week with two persons staying. If there are more than two persons (max 4) there is an additional charge of € 50 per week for each extra guest. The rental is inclusive of gas, water, electricity (max 70 kWh), firewood, towels, bed linen and a final cleaning of the apartment when you leave.

General information

• All rental prices are including costs of VAT, gas, water, electricity (max 70 kWh), firewood, towels, bed linen but excluding € 40 additional costs of final cleaning of the apartment.
• Minimum rental period of the holiday homes from June, 30 to August, 30 is one week with your arrival and departure on the Saturday. Check in time is at 15.00 hours and check out is no later than 10.30 hours.
• Outside of the High Season arrival and departure days are flexible. You can also book a (long) weekend or midweek via Eurorelais.travel
• There is no charge for the high chairs, cots and children’s beds that are available on request.
• Pets are welcome without extra charges, but only by advance information and subject to certain terms and conditions. Please see FAQ for further details.
• A first day food parcel is available for € 30. The parcel consists of coffee, tea, bread, butter, cheese, ham, milk, eggs, fruit, jam, sugar, beer and wine.
• We have installed electricity meters in the four villas. If you use more than 70kWh (based on the averages family’s usage per week) there is an extra charge of € 0,22 for each extra kWh used

Reservations
Reservations are considered confirmed when a deposit of 40% of the total is received within 14 days of initial booking. The total invoice needs to be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within the required six weeks prior to arrival, then the total amount needs to be paid in full when you book in order to consider it confirmed. The method of payment is send to you by email. There is no refund of payments should you cancel 14 days prior to arrival. In case of earlier cancellation, you receive a voucher to be used for a new booking within a year.
