Rental prices apartments 2009

Casa Oliveirinha
The base rate is € 695 per week with four persons staying. If there are more than four persons (max 6) there is an additional charge of € 8,00 per day for each extra guest. The rental is inclusive of gas, water, electricity (max. 70 kWh per week), firewood, towels, bed linen and a final cleaning of the apartment when you leave.

Casa Covas
The base rate is € 595 per week with four persons staying. If there are more than four persons (max 6) there is an additional charge of € 8,00 per day for each extra guest. The rental is inclusive of gas, water, electricity (max 70 kWh per week), firewood, towels, bed linen and a final cleaning of the apartment when you leave.

Casa Retiro
The base rate is € 495 per week with four persons staying. If there are more than four persons (max 6) there is an additional charge of € 8,00 per day for each extra guest. The rental is inclusive of gas, water, electricity (max 70 kWh), firewood, towels, bed linen and a final cleaning of the apartment when you leave.

Campervan for hire
The campervan is only available when it is combined with a minimum stay of one week at our Quinta. The base rate is € 85 per day and it sleeps a maximum of four persons. The rental includes 1000 km (€ 0,50 cents for each extra kilometre,) insurance, 12 litres of gas for household use (cooking etc,) towels and bed linen. The rental does NOT include diesel or the € 50 (not compulsory) final cleaning charge. There is a deposit of €750 required, this to be paid in advance. This will be refunded to you after you return a clean, undamaged campervan with a full tank and will be credited to your account directly.

General information

Minimum rental period of the holiday homes from June, 27 to September, 5 is one week with your arrival and departure on the Saturday. Check in time is at 15.00 hours and checkout is no later than 10.30 hours
Outside of the High Season you can also book a (long) weekend or midweek via Eurorelais.travel
Children up to three years of age will stay for free in our Quinta. There is no charge for the high chairs, cots and children’s beds that are available
Pets are welcome, but only by advance negotiation and subject to certain terms and conditions. Please see FAQ for further details
A first day food parcel is available for € 30. The parcel consists of coffee, tea, bread, butter, cheese, ham, milk, eggs, fruit, jam, sugar, beer and wine.
Beach towels are available to rent for € 2,50 per week
In all three casa’s, electricity meters have been installed. If you use more than 70kWh (based on the averages family’s usage per week) there is an extra charge of € 0,20 for each extra kWh used

Reservations
Reservations are considered confirmed when a deposit of 40% of the total is received within 14 days of initial enquiry. The total bill needs to be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival.

If your reservation is made within the required six weeks prior to arrival, then the total amount needs to be paid in full when you book in order to consider it confirmed.

The method of payment we inform you of by email.

There is no refund of monies paid should you cancel 14 days prior to arrival. In case of earlier cancellation, you receive a voucher to be used for a new booking within a year.
