Firstly, come and stay at one of our apartments to rest and relax after which you can rent a motorhome to continue with your holiday. To many, this an ideal  option to see and explore more of this lovely country that is Portugal.

Holidays with a motorhome give a great sense of freedom, no need to plan in advance where you are going. Just turn to the left or the right and see where you finish up. Once you find the perfect spot, put on the handbrake, get out the table and chairs, extend the awning and sit back and enjoy the view that you have chosen for the day.

Our campervan has a Granduca Pegaso body on a Fiat Ducato chassis. It is 6.2 metres long (approx 20ft) and is 3.9 metres high (approx 9ft 6in) which classifies this campervan in the mid range. This is a roomy and spacious vehicle to rent and sleeps a maximum of five persons. The vehicle has a large skylight to give you plenty of natural light, but has blinds and insect screens built in for your further comfort.

The campervan has the following facilities
· 5 spacious sleeping berths (plus bed linen)
· Toilet, hand basin and shower
· Kitchen facility with 3 burner gas hob
· Refrigerator with small freezer compartment
· All crockery and cutlery provided
· Radio/cd player
· Plenty of storage space
· 4 person dinette and a 2 seater sofa
· Awning
· Camping table and chairs for outdoors
· 220 volt connections
· Tank for 120 litres of clean water
· Holding tank for all toilet and waste water
· Gas alarm
· A carrier for three bicycles
· Gas heater and boiler which makes the campervan useable all year round

The van has a 2.0 litre diesel engine. The size of the engine is enough to tackle most of Portugal, but is not sufficient to make extended excursions into the mountainous areas with very steep climbs. All you need to drive this vehicle is a current normal category driver’s licence.

The campervan can only be booked in conjunction with a stay of minimal one week in one of our apartments. In that week we will familiarise you with the vehicle and make one or two test drives when this is the first time you are driving a campervan.
