Casa Retiro is a free standing house, built on three levels in the traditional Portuguese style. The house, that was totally restored in 2002 is full of character, both inside and out and stands on top of the hill. Consequently the views looking over the river and the valley are superb.

The house is suitable for 2-4* guests.

·         Total interior floor area is 50 sq m
·         Living room with cosy dining and sitting area. French windows lead out to your own private terrace. Stairs lead down from the living room to the kitchen
·         Large open and well equipped kitchen consists of a 5-burner gas hob and electric stove, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. Stairs continue down to another level where the bedroom is located
·         Large bedroom with double bed and French windows that lead into the garden
·         Bathroom with shower and wash hand basin
·         Separate toilet
·         Large, shaded veranda of appr. 50 sq m with wooden garden furniture and two sun beds
·         The lawn next to the veranda has space to take a small child's tent

* To accommodate the maximum number of guests, there is a convertible sofa/double bed in the living room.
