This is the larger of the two semi-detached apartments with a sunny aspect all year round. It was built in 2008 to a high standard and was designed with wheelchair users in mind. The outfitting of the interior continues this theme and caters for people with various levels of mobility. We also made some adaptations to make this apartment comfortable for quests who suffer from respiratory disaeses such as asthma/COPD or have an allergy for house dust mites and related diseases such as eczema. Refer to FAQ for a further description of all the adaptations that makes this possible. This luxury apartment is built in a traditional Portuguese style and is set on high ground and you have stunning views of the riverlet, the terraces in the distance and the whole of the valley.The apartment can accommodate 4-6* persons comfortably and has · Direct entry plus parking next door to the apartment· Total area of the apartment is 80 sq m · Large living room with cosy dining and sitting area with French windows leading to a large veranda · An open plan kitchen well equipped with gas oven with a 4 burner hob, refrigerator/freezer and dish washer · Large bedroom of 18.5 sq m with large double bed and French window leading to the veranda which has outdoor shower facilities · The second bedroom has two single beds and is 11.5 sq m and also has French windows leading to the veranda · Easy access to a specially adapted bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin · Large, shaded veranda of about 25 sq m with outdoor kitchen and barbecue and all the furniture necessary to dine alfresco. It also has an outdoor lounge suite and a sun terrace with two loungers and a sun umbrella · There is shared use of a service area which consists of the laundry and washing m/c and extra storage space · Due to it’s secluded position, the apartment offers maximum privacy *For full usage of 6 persons there is a convertible sofa/double bed in the sitting area.
