Casa Covas is the smaller version of Casa Oliveirinha and also has the same sunny aspect in summer and winter. It is built in the same traditional Portuguese style and enjoys the same extensive views of the river and adjoining countryside. This semi-detached apartment is also suitable for 4 – 6* guests and has · A total inside floor area of approx. 55 sq m · Living room with dining and sitting area. French windows lead on to your own terrace · Small, well equipped open plan kitchen with gasoven with a 4 burner hob and refrigerator/freezer · Two bedrooms, each about 11.5 sq m. One with double bed, the other with two singles · Luxury bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath, shower and wash basin · Large, shaded veranda (30 sq m) with outdoor kitchen and barbeque. Wooden dining furniture and luxury outdoor lounge suite · Sun terrace with two large sun loungers, shade umbrella and an outdoor shower · Shared use of the service area which has a washing machine and extra storage space · Due to it’s secluded setting, the apartment offers maximum privacy * For maximum usage by 6 persons there is a convertible sofa/double bed in the sitting area.
